Day Skipper Shore based Course

Beginners and Crew who would like to become actively involved in navigation should attend. The syllabus arms would be skippers with enough knowledge to navigate around familiar waters by day.
The course is assessed  by 2 exams.

Course content
Chart work, safety at sea, distress at sea, tides, Use of electronic navigation, weather.

Experience needed
None this is an introductory class it assumes no prior knowledge

Time and dates 
The course runs over forty hours this is made up of 7 Tuesday evenings ( 6 to 9:30 pm) and two full day sessions on a weekend
