Vhf GMDSS radio training and license examination

To use a ships radio you must have a license. The VHF radio is a very important for communication in general and especially when a vessel is in distress.

Course content
Terminology, emergency procedures, DSC, messaging, working channels, transmitting limits. Other emergency equipment: epirb and sart.

Experience needed
None this is an introductory class it assumes no prior knowledge
