Boats:              £44.00 per metre per year up to a maximum length of 40 foot (12 meters).

Maximum time allowed in yard is 18 months after which boats must be re-launched or removed

Boat building projects likely to take more than 18 months would be allowed only at the discretion of the General Committee.  If after 18 months the General Committee decided that the boat was not being worked on and had no prospect of being launched the owner would be given three months to remove it. Failure to do so would constitute abandonment of the boat and the costs to the Club in dealing with it would accrue to the boat owner.

Multi-hulls:         £66.00 per metre per year for up to 18 months and then to doubled to £132 per metre per year.

Under Cover:     £66.00 per square metre for first three months; £75 per meter for next three   months and £l20    per metre after six months.

Workshop:         £75.00 per square metre for first three months; £150 per meter for next three months; and £200 per meter after six months.

Use of the Under Cover and Workshop facilities beyond three months are at the discretion of the General Committee.  At any time beyond three months the General Committee may ask the owner to remove the boat.  Failure to do so within three months will incur an increased fee of £500 per metre per year.

Exception to the above rules and fees may only be made in special circumstances by the decision of the General Committee.  A general exception to any fee increase may be made for boats in the yard that, in the General Committee's opinion (as advised by the Harbour Master and Yard Master) are ready for launching but await allocation of a mooring.

No trailer will be kept in the yard other than those for boats, which are on station at GYC and with the permission of the Yard Master”.
